FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no contracts. You simply pay in advance of training. Discounts for training apply with two or more clients training at during the same session. A class punch card is offered to training clients at a discount so they have an option to take classes to supplement their personal training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we meet with prospective client to better determine their goals and readiness to commit to our programs. There is no cost for the initial consult. It also give the prospective client an opportunity to decide if our trainers are a good fit for them. We perform a health risk assessment during their first training session to determine if client has any health issues, and see if we need to be in contact with their healthcare professional for clearance to exercise. From there we have them perform some mobility activities to determine the ability to perform basic exercises correctly. It gives our trainers a foundation for what needs to be done to structure a program for the client.
