Meeting Mike Rundell was the best thing that ever happened to me! He has changed my life in so many ways. He trained me for the better part of three years and in that time he focused on strength training and on nutrition...as many of you may know not a lot of trainers take the time because you are just $$$ but Dr. Mike sincerely cares that you achieve your goal. I started out a plump young lady with close to 30 percent body fat and by the time we were done I was lean and mean at near 18 percent body fat. My experience with Dr. Mike has been top notch...and the things I have learned from him along the way will stay with me forever! Great fitness coach, very knowledgeable and personable
I have had two meetings so far and do not think we will need many more for now. I still have many things to do on my own and probably will need a brush up in the future. I was having 1-2 counseling meetings before and all I did was talk and talk then time was up. When I arrived Mr. Cohen listened to me and replied back without judging me. He explained what hypnosis is and how we were going to use it to make changes. He let me receive a free assessment with a chiropractor and fitness coach. They have both helped me also with exercises that have also made me feel better. When I came in, I was hoping to do hypnosis with only one meeting but I was actually the one to ask for another meeting in a few days. I was asked to wait a week for our next meeting so the hypnosis and my exercises could start to take place. I feel much better because I understand better what was wrong. I even saw my old counselor once and she saw my change. She asked for Mr. Cohen's number too.

This review is after an initial discussion meeting and the first workout session. Diarmuid is a patient, thorough, encouraging instructor. As I performed each exercise he demonstrated or described, he complimented the parts I did correctly, then worked with me (repeatedly on some moves) to get the other parts correct as well, until I was able to do all or most of the reps without mistakes. Diarmuid not only showed concern about my health during the workout session and the initial conversation, but also in his follow up. He created and sent tracking charts, then discussed modifications after observing my ability levels for the various exercises. Although it took me a long time to decide to work with a personal trainer, Diarmuid has made me happy I finally made this decision.
Joanna is unlike any interview coach I have had before, the approach she has to her clients was something to admire, and I looked and researched a few interview coaches before I decided to go with Negotiation Geek. Joanna has experience working HR in a Fortune 500 company, offers great advice, and she puts forth the most solid effort I have ever seen from a career coach in getting to know her clients’ needs before a session is established. This isn’t a cookie cutter coaching session, I was very impressed when she helped me prep for an interview for a Fortune 500 company, she reached out to her network who worked for the company to give me advice on the hiring process, taught me how to search for clues in the job posting, and asked me some very tough questions in our mock interview session. Roger loves what he does. He has a great personality. He is very professional and patient . I started following Mila Rascon's nutritional advice about 6 months ago and the results have been amazing. I've lost about 20 pounds from 195 to 175 but more importantly my health has improved. I'm a chron's disease patient so my blood work is monitored every 3 months. My cholesterol is now in the normal range and my liver enzymes which have been elevated for many years are now in the normal range. I highly recommend her services.
Trent is a VERY nice person and an Awesome trainer! He's on time, PROFESSIONAL, and I enjoy my workouts! He's concerned about any Health issues you may have...And takes that into consideration during your workout! I had knee surgery and lower back issues! If I can't do an exercise, he looks for an alternative one! He knows when to give you that extra push and know when to ease up!! Trent is concerned about your diet and what your PUTTING into your body as well! That's very important because when you eat healthy you get better workouts and faster results!! He Monitors your heart rate before and after workouts. I've been working out with Trent for several weeks and I'm getting compliments about the results already!! I mean REALLY I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!! 😊

Darick is extremely knowledgeable and tailors the work out to what suits you the best. His understanding of anatomy ensures that you train your weaker areas in parallel without causing any discomfort (I am an older individual). I have never looked or felt better because of Darrick's tutelage.
