Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I specialize in 30-min workouts. You really don't need a lot of equipment. A fitness ball, bands and dumb bells will work just fine. Using the fit principle helps me and my clients get more out of the time they are working out. I also work by the philosophy that everyone is different and cookie cutter workouts just don't work for everyone. I can also give some nutrition advise.
