Latest Review: "When a friend referred me to Ben I was hesitant at first; I had tried for 7 years to help my boyfriend become a healthier version of himself but wasnt as successful as we had hoped. We had tried counting calories, reading labels, making healthier eating choices, we used work out videos, we made charts and kept journals, we went to the gym together, and I even made him a motivational binder to organize recipes and workouts but no matter what I tried he kept going back to old habits quickly after starting anything new. Although getting a personal trainer had always been in the back of my mind, it had finally gotten to the point where we decided to give it a try. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable from the moment I made the first inquiry call. He kept my boyfriend accountable for his own actions and more motivated than Ive seen him in all of the years weve been working toward a healthier lifestyle. Im very happy with the working relationship he had/has with my boyfriend and I am thankful I made the initial call. Were planning on working together to do an obstacle course race like the Spartan Race and the Tough Mudder in the future as continued training goals.
