After working with Peggy Berryman I think you can add the words "and Well" to this business name. She not only arrives at the appointed time, she arrives prepared to do the job, even stopping to shop for necessary supplies if I did not have them on hand. Her knowledge of home maintenance is impressive and includes everything from gardening (expert), painting (expert) to things as varied as fence and gate repairs. She is now my "handywoman" and I even consult with her before hiring other professionals because she will make sure that I know what questions to ask prior to my making contact with these companies. She never leaves a job undone and when completed makes sure that is it done to my satisfaction. And you'll never have to worry about cleanup, that too is another thing you can count on be done before she leaves.

Peggy has done work for me many times and has always been dependable and very high quality. Examples include indoor painting, garden planning and execution, replacing / fixing porch windows/frames, and fine painting on furniture. Highly recommended!!!

Peggy has helped me in many different ways. She has weeded, cleaned and maintained my garden, cleaned, organized and helped display a massive estate sale, and cleaned my house to perfection. She is always on time and is in general a very pleasant person to work with. Her basic intelligence makes her a self starter and one doesn't have to go to great lengths to explain what one needs to have done.

It didn't happen. I had to postpone the first appointment as I had to make some repairs....So we made a second appointment which she forgot...The third time wasn't any better. She said she was here. My car was outside...but I was upstairs in the apartment working. I didn't hear her and she couldn't find the door to the apartment. When I reached her on the phone she was already back home. I finished the cleaning myself although I really wanted her to do it. LOL

I truly wanted to assist Mona with her cleaning needs. Three separate appointments were canceled by the client - each while I was en route to her residence. The missed appointment was the result of mutual miscommunication. The final time I attempted to provide cleaning services, I called while en route, as agreed - but no answer. I continued on to the house, and when I arrived, I called 3 more times and left a message each time. I rang the doorbell and knocked at the door several times. I called up to the window and looked for an entrance to the apartment, but did not see a logical way upstairs. After 20 minutes of attempting to contact her from outside the residence, I returned home. Mona called me a full hour after the scheduled appointment time, just after I had unloaded the car of vacuum, mop, broom and cleaning supplies. I am sorry this task did not work out; however, I feel I made every effort to get the job done for Mona.
