At the start of my training I was very unfamiliar with proper use of equipment and had spent little time in the gym! Personal training was a big step out of my comfort zone as I had never followed a set routine before, Michael alleviated all of my worries and started me from the ground up! He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to excercises that beginners can preform, and has developed a program with visible progression and results. Would highly recommend him for his attention to detail and knowledge of nutrition and excercise as well as a fun workout!
Tim was truly outstanding. He was on time, professional, courteous, and even took time to show me a few tricks when I expressed interest. I had a ceiling leak that needed drywall repair, and it's one of the toughest jobs out there, but Tim did a great job and stayed late to make sure it was done right. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'll be going to him directly for all future projects around my house.

I trained with Ken at Prime Fitness for 2+ months and I benefited greatly from his patient, attentive, insightful training style. I had specific issues with form that I wanted to address as well as wanting to build strength for my high intensity boot camp workouts. I've been training with Nate several times a week for over 5 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my progress, fitness level (strength, duration, flexibility), and the ongoing challenge and diversity of workouts -- they're never boring and incorporate strength, stability and core, time under tension, and functional training for every part of my body. In addition, Nate's a nice guy with a great sense of humor, so the workouts are tough but enjoyable. After his initial assessment, he continued to take the time to get know me individually and has a vested interest in my health, well being, strengths, and weaknesses (he enjoys identifying and having me work on my weaknesses!). Nate works hard with each of his clients and he customizes each workout for their individual needs and goals. In the 5+ years I've trained with him, Nate has never been late or missed a workout -- even in snowstorms! When I need to change a training appointment, Nate works very hard to find a time that is mutually beneficial. Finding the right personal trainer that had the proper knowledge, experience, equipment, interpersonal skills, and motivation to align with mine was tough; and I couldn't be happier to have found Nate. My investment in training with him has been more than worth it: I'm in great physical shape, my doctor asks if I've found the fountain of youth, and I've made a good friend in the process.

I signed up for the 12 week program and went from a size 12 down to a size 6 and lost a total of 50lbs. My meal plan was was easy to follow and never left me hungry. My workouts were personalized to target my problem areas and really have given me a shape I've never been able to achieve doing it on my own. I travel often and have an extremely busy schedule when I am not traveling. Utilizing League Elite's online training allows me to take advantage of personal training on MY schedule. Some days I prefer to workout really, really early and other days I prefer to work really, really late hours. Having 24hr access to my workout plan is P-E-R-F-E-C-T for me. Coach K and JB are awesome! They are professional, reliable and knowledgeable trainers. I like that they designed a workout and a meal plan specifically for ME. A friend referred me to Barb almost a year ago. Barb is by far the most positive, encouraging, and focused personal trainer with whom I've worked. I love that she provides support with both nutrition and with exercise, in contrast to others who focus on only one side of the equation. She provides fun workouts that I enjoy doing and customized support to help me meet my goals within the parameters of my lifestyle (work, children, travel, etc.) I love training online with her... She comes right to wherever my iPad and I are!

I’ve been working with Evala for over three years now. The reason I’ve been working with her for this length of time, and will continue to do so, is because if the results I’ve seen in my life. In our meetings, Evala is professional and at the same time I feel like I’m talking with a great friend. No matter what I share with her, I am met with understanding and offered suggestions for opportunities to grow. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried and we’ve dug deep. I didn’t know what to expect at first. I didn’t really know what I wanted other than change for the better in myself and life. And that is precisely what I got. I love myself today. I have taken Gentle Yoga with Asya at Sun & Moon for years. When I heard that she was offering a more personalized therapeutic class, I jumped at the chance to address my particular problems -- back issues, bad knee, Morton's neuroma in my toes -- all things that made some yoga poses very challenging for me. It was wonderful to have her focus on my issues, and she helped me develop a personal practice to work on these things. Her gentle and encouraging voice, strong knowledge of anatomy, and inventive teaching style made it pleasurable as well as useful.
Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.
