Liz is a wonderful instructor. She is patient and very explicit with her instructions. She has a nice sense of humor to make the lessons fun. I feel I have come a long way in a short time thanks to Liz.

Veronica is doing an excellent job teaching my 6 year old how to swim. She knows her stuff and he's improving. She's very nice to work with. I've recommended her to a close friend with two kids.

I am not keen on exercise, but I know how importnat it is, so I look for activities I can truly enjoy so that I'll stick with it. After a demo class on Middle East dancing (belly dancing to most of us), I decided this was for me! Mary made the classes a lot of fun. There was no pressure on those of us who were not the most coordinated or graceful dancers. Everyone was supportive and encouraged others when they did something well. We all got the colorful scarves with metal dangles and felt totally ready for the sultan's harem! The music was exotic and came from many countries, and that was a nice bonus I had not really considered. Best of all, this was great exercise. I was expecting to exercise the tummy muscles, and it did not surprise me that my legs also got workout, but I did not expect to feel the exercise in my arms. It is a full-body workout. I have a broken ankle right now and am not doing ANY exercise, but I miss my dance class and am eager to get back. I can't remember ever feeling that way about an exercise class!

Daniel coached me in both swimming and running. He took an interest in my total conditioning as an athlete, which I really appreciated. After analyzing my gait, he was the first coach to have me alter my running stride. It made a huge difference in my race performance. Thanks, Daniel!

About

As a scuba diver, an Eagle Scout, and a lifelong kayaker, I make it my prerogative that my students won't just swim when they leave me. They also learn survival skills, rescue swims(one of my 5 year olds can rescue me, a 6'7" 230 male from the pool), multiple strokes, diving and a lot of positive self-thinking.

Bree is a natural at this, she works you hard and does not allow excuses during my workouts. She is patient and will help guide you through any exercise and I really felt like I could see and feel results in just a couple of weeks working with her. I found she was a swim instructor and hired her to help with my son and his swimming improved in just 2 lessons.
