The Chinese Boxing Academy, led by sifu Greg Hatza, offers the most complete curriculum and a great learning environment for anyone interested in internal kung fu. the training is rigorous but classes are run in a way that's deeply respectful to anyone's physical condition or ability level. The techniques are clearly demonstrated and the theory is always presented but not discussed ad nauseum. Each technique has enormous benefits both for health and martial applications. We are extraordinarily lucky to have this resource in Maryland, where legitimate internal martial arts lineages are uncommon.
