Misty and her crew are amazing! I have had Spic and Span Services cleaning my house for a little over 2 years now and will continue to for many years to come. They are very trustworthy and personable. Unlike other cleaning services I dont have to be there to direct them on what to do or leave a list to make sure everything gets done. Althought if there is something specific I need or something additional I need she is on top of it. Misty and her crew come in and do exactly what you would expect them to do, excellent, professional work. She does it all... if we were not able to pick up before she arrives she isnt benieth picking up toys or shoes from the middle of the floor before completing the deep cleaning. I come home to a very clean house and couldnt be happier, Id be lost without her. Hire Spic and Span, you will not regret it, I promise!

After 4 decades of home ownership, we downsized in order to move to an apartment out-of-state. Misty Schreiner was the most impressive of 6 prospects whom my wife interviewed. Misty returned calls promptly, arrived punctually and sought feedback after cleaning each room. Without wasting time, she whirled about and completed the tasks well and satisfactorily. She was not chatty or incomplete. We asked her to look after the house in our absence, and give us regular reports. We would recommend Misty without hesitation for the cleaning services that she advertises.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates are given to each customer once a meeting has taken place because each home is as unique and each customers needs. Leads are very expensive. I would suggest calling a few you may be considering on your own. You may get get someone you love but didn’t want to risk the $20-$30 for the lead referral they have to pay this site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer in their homes to thoroughly discuss and understand their personal needs and wants when it comes to their homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We thoroughly clean post construction, new and remodeled homes, rentals or move-in/move-outs cleanings, residential and commercial offices.
