- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are probably too inexpensive. We have never had a customer who didn’t quickly realise the tremendous value they were getting on a song or project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most people have a big misunderstanding about what working in a professional studio is like. We help educate and coach you through the process to get the best results and grow as an artist while you work with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our senior engineer was a Music major and a Physics minor, also holding a low voltage control systems certification. We are constantly working to maintain and improve our level of understanding and approach by maintaining our network of world class associates and being involved in industry organisations.
