I would have answered all 5 qualities, but only allowed 3. John has always been very responsive through all of our correspondence. Both lights were supposed to be delivered at the same time, but only 1 showed up. John still offered to install the one light and come back later to do the other. I will definitely be using John more in the future.

We just bought an older home and it needed some TLC. John has done an amazing job with everything we have asked him to do. There is nothing he can’t do. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, anything.
