- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From our start, it has been our policy to provide each and every client with cost effective home improvement solutions without compromising quality or craftsmanship. We may not always be the cheapest but we stand behind our work and our warranties. We always find solutions for every budget and every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment a customer contacts us, we make sure they know that they and their project are of the utmost importance to us. We always answer any questions a person may have about any in and out of their project and have a constant stream of communication and updates as the project progresses. We strive to provide a customer service experience that is bar none.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple locations and continually put our staff through continuing education courses to make sure we are on top of all the latest installation techniques and products on the market.
