- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Call is $65.00. If there is a repair to be done we waive the service fee if the repair is performed. A Clean and Check is $99.00. But we have Service Partner Memberships for $160.00 per year. We will clean and maintain the system and should any repair be needed throughout the year you be bumped to the front of the list and receive a 10% discount on all repairs. Installation of new equipment and parts vary on cost of goods and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well depending on the job your run of the mill service call would be something like: Greet the customer, Talk a little about the problem they are having, then try and find the best possible solution to fix the problem. Sometimes you may just fix or you may have to replace. It just depends on the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You really need to keep up on the latest codes as well as the rapidly moving technology in the business. I spend probably close to 40 hrs a years in the classroom learning new things.
