Gone Wild BBQ has been in the food industry over 30 years; traveling throughout the Midwest - including Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Iowa, and Wisconsin to special events and country-western VIP events. We strive to provide the best customer service in all assets being in constant contact with our contract employer(s), customers, and outside vendors. Usual set up is buffet style in 20 x 20 tents to be able to provide the quick serving and best POS available. Our down-home specialties whether platters, entrees, or appetizers include country ham, beef i.e., burgers, sliders, tenderloin, prime rib, pork-shoulder, ribs, chicken quarters and turkey. Rounding out the menu includes tasty sides; fried potatoes, garlic-mashed taters, Italian green beans, roasted corn, caesar salad etc. Special fairs and festivals include wings, funnelcakes, corndogs, street tacos etc. I like the people we work with; whether it is 20 to 1,000. Enjoy the conversations and getting acquainted discussing other functions or events or similar places we have visited.
