Introduction: I have used commonsense diagnosing notebook repair issues for 20 years. Good at installing software, to hooking up your internet, and getting your printer online. If you are new to the computer world, I can give you some lessons to help you to get it fired up and working. If your issue(s) is outside of my expertise, I will let you know that before beginning. Or if the cost to diagnose and repair your computer is higher than maybe a brand new or a good used updated computer, I'll honestly let you know that as well before you spend a ton on something that you're better off replacing.
