Was amazing to meet and work with Freddie on this. He was on point, on time and got it knocked out in a heartbeat. To top it off - he's a hell of a guy. Great experience all around. If you don't have junk to remove, you should go get some so you can call Freddie!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices might be adjusted depending on level of work. for example, if there are stairs there will be an added $25 - $35
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I reach out to let them know I received the request, then I ask for pictures if they haven't already provided them. At the same time, I let them know when I can get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal education for the things I do. Everything is from either doing it or seeing someone do it. All my moving and packing experiences come from 20 years in the military. Packing and unpacking my home when it's time to move, or the Conex's when it's time to deploy.
