Introduction: My service is unique in that I was the first and only original mobile notary service provider within a 75 mile radius, until about a year ago. I have honestly been conducting notaries for well over 11 years working with some of the largest and highly notable signing agencies in the US. And what's so great is that I have had the opportunity to meet the most amazingly blessed individuals. I take care of everything for you because that's the most professional way to do thing. I travel to my clients location, regardless of the radius. I am also able to travel into Ft. Riley as veteran of 11 yrs in the Army. In addition I am available to provide 24/7 Service. This includes holidays and after hour request I love providing services to all clients. This is especially true when it deals with so many who are unable to locate notaries. Furthermore, no one has come anywhere close to the quality of work, my fun and down to earth personality and the professionalism that is due and expected to be given to every client who receives notary services from my company.

A mobile notary for them last minute documents, u just don't feel like leaving the house, or the banks are closed and there is no where else to go. Shirley is very professional and can be anywhere usually with 20mins...assuming drive time...but she timely, fast and professional. I would definitely recommend her even if it's in the middle of the day and other people are available...no one can give her quality of service and her mobility to come to you...just a quick exchange of addresses and everything is good

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal pricing for notarization is $10-15 which does not include any travel costs which can be incurred when I have to travel outside of a 20 mil radius associated with the notary itself. This price will vary if the document or process to be notarized becomes complex or involves additional duties, i.e. court appearances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will find out what it is that needs to be notarized. I then find out how many people's signature will need to be notarized. I then find out where they are geographically located to ensure I can perform the notary. Finally, I ask the customer to visit my scheduling site to ensure there are no issues regarding when the notary needs to be conducted.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the American Association for Notaries as well as the National Association of Notaries. I am legally certified through the state of Kansas to notarize a variety of documents. In addition, I am insured and bonded to the states maximum for any incidentals .
