- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Living Proof Cleaning prices were created with our paying customers in mind. Our goal is to stay competitive as well as realistic with the service we render. We offer introductory rates as well as discounts for referrals; we strive to retain long term customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is : 1. Listen to the needs of our customers and align with their wants and needs to better suit them 2. Set appointment 3. Arrive ready to clean!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A certification in building maintenance, as well as 30 hours of OSHA(safety and health training). Both owners have come from a background of successful family- owned residential and commercial cleaning businesses.
