Introduction: I'll find out what my client's goals are and teach them how to reach it through physical training and proper diet. Whether one eats animal products or live on a plant-based diet, I have the answer for either of them. I was 60 lbs overweight. At 52, I am in the best shape of my life, have more energy than my 20s, and have not been sick in 5 years! I started my personal training as an instructor at 24hr Fitness, and am now training clients on my own. I am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
