FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a call, I make an appointment to see what needs to be done. My estimates are free and usually take only a few minutes to complete. We then schedule the work. I arrive on schedule and complete each job before moving to the next client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Industrial Design from the Kansas City Art Institute and owned my own design and manufacturing business. I sold that business and, to keep busy, started doing home repairs. I then moved into organizing and have been helping clients for the last 20 years. I am dedicated to my clients and my work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Organizing and downsizing services. I can build inexpensive, custom shelving if needed. In addition to getting my clients organized I take donated items to donation centers, metal items to recycling centers and haul off some of the trash, if necessary. I give the client a list of donated items as well as the receipt for taxes. Occasionally I will tackle an office space or an interior room - it really depends on what a client needs done. I am happy to discuss any organizing project.
