- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Initial Consultation fee (typically $150) plus mileage if outside Garden City. After Initial Consultation, either hourly rate or a percentage of all purchases and fees (dependent upon project scope and variables) plus mileage outside of Garden City. Hourly rate is on a sliding scale dependent upon client's ability to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I usually have a quick discussion via phone or email about what the client is wanting and what we provide and how we go about it. From there, we can decide if we'd like to meet in person for an initial consultation. At the initial consultation we view the client's space and discuss the scope of the project further and decide together if and how to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Judy Near, Principal Designer has more than two years of formal education and over 30 years' experience in all aspects of both Interior Design and Organizing.
