- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All cakes vary in cost by size and design, so the more details provided more precise the quotes. Discounts 10% discount provide for all military clients. 5% discount provide for all orders over 100 paid in full at time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to begin the quoting process, I first ask the new client for the date of event, servings needed, design in mind, and what the budget is to be mindful of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
decorating classes and years of experience. I stay up to date on cake trends and am always learning something new!
