My typical process is to here what the home owner wants, after we find the lowest pricing to match home owners needs to keep coast down. We also stand behind 100 percent satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience, I've got my associates degree in accounting and I am working on my bachlers degree in business and auntiponeirship. My 2 degrees allows me to provide excellent customer service, useful knowledge about any project going on and focusing on customer satisfaction. My company runs a training program for new employees so they have first hand experience and is aware of the companies expectations to customer satisfaction.
