I have been training with Sam for the past two years and I can honestly say that the transformation my body has made in the last couple of years is great. Since training with him this is the happiest and most confident I have ever been with my body. My goal was to build muscle and drop weight and he definitely helped me achieve that goal. Sam does a great job of making workouts intense, switching them up so you are never bored and provides a lot of instruction during the workouts so you do the exercises correctly. I looked forward to my workouts every time. I knew Sam would be able to help me achieve my goals after my first workout with him. Also, all of the workouts he created for me were made for my target goals. He was always very positive but pushed me whenever I needed it. Sam is great! If you are looking for someone to be invested in your fitness journey and provide great workouts he is definitely the guy for you.

Samuel is a great personal trainer. I've worked out with him multiple summers in Kansas City as a professional athlete. His skill set allows him to train elite athletes as well anyone just trying to get in shape. He's got great energy and will push you every step of the way. Goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. I 100% recommend Samuel to all potential clients

Sam is great! It's very obvious that he has the knowledge and is passionate about what he does. I had back surgery a few years ago and have some limitations that have made me hesitant about working out in the past. But he catered to my needs and was able to modify exercises when I needed it without making me feel bad about it. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get back in shape or stay in great shape!

Sam is amazing personal trainer. His knack for detail and form is impeccable. He devleoped strength programs for me pre, during and post pregnancy. My pre pregnancy program I was in the best shape of my life! My pregnancy and post partum programs were helpful to my changing body and muscle tone, and when he was unsure about certain procedures on prenancy workouts he took time to do the research before implementing a lift. He is knowledable in all aspects of strength training and nutrition and is passionate about his profession. Whoever has the chance to work with Sam is a very lucky individual!
