- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront no hidden fee flat rate pricing. $69 within business hours $99 emergency services during evenings or weekends $129 emergency services during holidays
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always happy to walk a customer through an issue over the phone to help save them time and money. Our #1 priority is taking care of the customer. If we are unable to do find a solution over the phone, we schedule a service call ($79) to come to their home or business to diagnose and give recommendations on repair. Every repair we give is given a minimum of 1 year part and labor warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold an associates degree in HVAC, an EPA license to handle all types of refrigerant, and a master mechanical license within Johnson and surrounding counties.
