I'm an out of state landlord, so I was very hesitant about hiring someone, paying them, and not getting my money back, or not getting the job done. Chris was very professional, went to the job to survey the required repairs, gave me a timely quote, completed the job on time, did extras like cleaning the trash around the house and hardly charged me. He also took before and after pictures of all the work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to friends and neighbors. On top of that he was quite reasonable.
