- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a value for our customers. We are insured, we have a lifetime warranty, and most of all, we answer our phone and show up to jobs on time. You won't get this with the cheapest option. If you want the cheapest chuck in the truck, you probably won't be happy with the result. With Mr. Handyman you will be satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us and we will discuss your project. We will give you a not to exceed estimate for your project. We give you email and text reminders of when we are coming to your job so that the communication is excellent. Our technicians will show up on time and complete the work to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience in over 21 different trades.
