Everyday I am looking into new technology and reading the latest. On my website I have news feeds that keep up with the latest technology. I also am DELL, IBM, and Lenovo certified.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus Removal, Cloud Backup Service, Optimization, Wireless Networking, New PC and printer installation, Data recovery.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I came across a customer that had formatted a hard drive on accident using an app from the apple app store. He lost all of the data on his external hard drive. After a few technicians told him his data was gone forever, I retrieved over 200,000 photos and 120,000 songs from the drive. The customer was excited and that's what I like to see.
