Introduction: Hospitality is one of the most important features of Indian culture. It’s common for Indians to have a high regard for guests, using a frequent saying “Atithi devo bhav,” which translates to “Guests are forms of God.” When you visit India and interact with those you meet, you’ll likely be invited to their home for a meal. At Dancing Ganesha, we’re proud to bring that spirit of hospitality to all our new friends and old here in Aggieville, Kansas. Between our chefs, we possess more than four decades of culinary experience, and we’ve mastered the dishes of Northern and Southern India. Whatever the entree, we consider its preparation ahead of time, use only fresh ingredients, and avoid canned and processed products.
