My husband hired John to paint the outside of our house. He was a very hard worker, and Never complained, He spent a few days scraping, and the rest of the week painting.. We were very pleased with his work. It was a very professional job... and this past spring My husband hired John to reapint a ceiling in our house that was stained with water marks. He took his time taping everything up, covering up furniture that couldn't be moved, and did a marvelous job making the ceiling look like new.. He was left alone in the house on many occasions And I never felt worried. John is a VERY trusted individual. And there are more projects in the works that he will be hired to help with in the future...

John Lynn is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He has been doing repairs and remodeling (painting, tiling,plumbing, etc.) at my home for quiet some time and I have been extremely happy with his work. He's polite, honest and of high integrity. In fact, I felt very comfortable giving him the key to my house so he could work while I was out. I would highly recommend John for any kind of home repair or remodeling. You will get quality work for a very reasonable price!

John was hired to repair a couple of holes in detached garage roof and wound having to replace entire roof. It was reassuring to be able to leave a garage key with him to be able to do the work on his schedule, to have him work with the city officials issuing permits and conducting inspections, and technical knowledge of supplies and remodel of the garage roof. I once again have a safe place to park my car out of the weather conditions. If it would be needed again, I would certainly consider using John Lynn again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to the customer and let them introduce themselves to me. I listen to the customer describe the project they envision. I discuss the project and offer any suggestions I may have that could enhance the overall usefulness or beauty of the project. When the planning stage of the project is complete I get to work applying my skills and craftsmanship to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of doing projects with my dad and six years apprenticeship with a top contractor in the Kansas City area.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of the Flagstone porch, landings and steps I did in August 2014. It is a work of art. (See pictures of it on my profile.)
