Capstone customizes our billing to what is needed in the accounting file. Our General Pricing guide is available on the FAQ page of our website. We would love the opportunity to find out what you need and how we can help!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with training or new accounting file set-ups, we can meet with you and go over what information is needed. When working with clients needing ongoing, monthly bookkeeping services, we provide a file evaluation ($147) to assess what is needed to get the file current and what updates will be needed each month, going forward. From this information, we quote three levels of service from which to choose. If you decide to go forward with us, the $147 evaluation fee is credited on your first monthly invoice, making the evaluation FREE!
