The two guys who came out to make repairs around my house were awesome. They had to repair my bathroom tile as well as install some appliances. I would recommend them to any of my closest friends and their rates are very reasonable.
Steve was honest about the potential causes of the issue and that, depending on what was going on with the attic fan, costs could be higher. Luckily, it was just the fan belt which he replaced quickly. He is honest and responsive.
They installed a bathroom fan/light and fixed some double tapped breakers. Got it done pretty quickly, about 2 hours and they charged me $250 for it which is just above the national average according to homeadvisor.com. Originally I wanted the fan and light on separate switches. I was thankful for Mike's opinion on the matter, he was upfront with me that having separate switches may end up being much more costly and he recommended I get a quiter fan and keep it on a single switch that way I wouldn't even hear the fan when the light was on. Honestly, wish I could have done the work myself to save me the $250 but I'm glad I can rest assured that everything was done right and I don't have to worry about my house catching on fire in the middle of the night!
David was excellent in every respect: on-time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, good advice, quick troubleshoot and fix both of a breaker and outlet issue, final cleanup. Everything went as expected and his rates are reasonable. He charged exactly what he quoted even though he had to get into the attic to troubleshoot. Thanks for making this home repair a pleasant experience, and for leaving my home even better than when you found it!
Mickey has been great for fixing all the random things that need work around my house from changing out ceiling fans, to installing bathroom vanities, and installing closet doors. I highly recommend him!
In the 40+ year-old home we recently purchased, we needed an electrician to figure out the wiring above the ceiling fan in the master bedroom so that the wall switch that worked the fan did not also turn off the power to all the wall outlets in the room. Additionally, we needed a new wall outlet "dropped" into to the attached master bath. The scheduling office worked to get an electrician out to our house as soon as possible. When Cory arrived, he got the situation figured out quickly, provided a very reasonable quote, and got right to work. Cory completed the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up afterwards. We love being able to turn off our overhead light/fan without also accidentally turning off our alarm clock!
Ray came out to pull old wiring out if our basement and ran new. He also installed a recessed light and a ventilation fan in the bathroom. Great job. Good price. Very professional and easy to work with.
Mr. Frias and his team were very prompt to the arranged time. They were able to complete this tricky job of installing/wiring home security cameras through the attic space of a home built in the 1960's with a gable style roof to our full satisfaction. I highly recommend Frias Home Service to anyone looking for a fully licensed and insured contractor.
Over the 9 years I have owned my home in Overland Park, and my experience with numerous contractors, undeniably, Aaron has been the most ethical contractor I have had to work with. Over the past year, he completed 4 projects in and around my home including electrical, kitchen, deck repair and refinishing. He's a craftsman and has immense pride in ensuring the homeowner is more than satisfied with his work. On the most recent project in June 2015, he was not happy with the work by one of his employees. He said it was not up to "His" standards so he spent the entire day re-doing the work. I would definitely hire Aaron again for several reasons: (1) He knows his trade - mechanical, electrical, remodeling. (2) He takes pride in his work (3) He does what he says (4) he's reasonably priced. In fact, I told him he needs to raise his prices as there are competitors who charge much more and do much less. Thank you Aaron!
We hired Nate and his assistant Calvin to troubleshoot, locate and repair a problem with the electrical wiring in our home. They were both extremely courteous, professional and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! Thanks so much!
I requested electrical work to be done at my parents' house and Mr. Lozano was quick to respond and was able to come fix the issue the next day.
WOW!! Matthew and his crew saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! I had water spots forming on one my my ceilings that kept growing- I had 2 other contractors that said it was nothing and just paint over them and didn't even stay 10 minutes!! However Matthew felt issue was more serious and I gave him permission to cut a small hole in my ceiling to see what was goi g on, and I'm glad he did!! He discovered that the drain from my bathtub was causing the leak and he had me fill it with water and drain it and was able to isolate the spot immediately! He primed and cemented the pipe and as added protection put flex seal on that area of the pipe and the leak hasn't returned! He promptly came back the next day to patch the hole in the ceiling that he cut along with the other water damaged areas, and his charge was extremely reasonable!! I'm going to paint my house inside and out, and out laminate floors in, and I will DEFINATELY be using Incredible Home Soutioms for that work!! Way to go, Matthew & thank you so much for taking he the time to listen to my concerns!!
Donzell was amazing to work with. Loved what he did with our shower. Will definitely be hiring him again for other projects around the house. He really knows what he is doing, listens to what you want, and makes it happen. All while being professional and friendly.
Cullen repaired part of a shower wall, part of the bathroom floor, and part of a ceiling below - all which suffered water pipe leak damage in a rental house I own. The job took 2 half days, as I recall. Part of the shower wall and the ceiling below had to be re-sheet rocked. Also, some of the shower wall tiles had to be replaced. The shower wall is tiled with early 1970's tiles which are no longer available. Since only the tiles around the faucet and knobs had to be replaced, Cullen searched hard to find something that would look acceptable, if not identical, to the remaining tiles. All turned out looking quite nice. It was a plus to have Cullen working on this project as the tenants speak Spanish - not much English - and Cullen is fluent in Spanish. Absolutely nothing went wrong and I would highly recommend Cullen.
Kelly was great- expertly assessed the issue with an ancient attic fan, made 2 repairs and came back to make sure it was working and finish the chain device. Great job. Great price. Trustworthy. Would highly recommend him. Thank you!
