- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, we do not charge an hourly rate for our services. If there are products that we can provide for your project, our design is complimentary. We are like a retail store on wheels. We have everything you could need from draperies, furniture, rugs, bedding, accessories and beyond!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your project, get an idea of what might be needed to accomplish it and together, we come up with a realistic budget. Once everything is agreed upon and a second appointment is set, we go back to our studio to design your space. At our second meeting, we present our ideas (all within your budget) and make any tweaks to the design if needed. At the end of this meeting, an agreement and deposit is made then we start placing orders and planning for the delivery and installation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Decorating Den Interiors is the largest Interior Decorating Franchise in the world! We are blessed to have the resources and training provided by a huge team that keeps us updated and informed of all the new trends and styles. We join together monthly for continued training.
