He customized a very doable program for me taking into consideration my age, fitness level and time constraints. He encourages and motivates me at every session. David is a very professional trainer who helped me go from a size 10 to a size 6. He is very dedicated to seeing results achieved and pays close attention to each individual needs. While training with David, he was also taking courses to extend his knowledge of anatomy, physiology and nutrition, so he could better understand how to address diet and any pain associated with training. He is very accommodating to when it comes to scheduling sessions. David really enjoys training and seeing people succeed. It's not a job to him, but rather a career. Each time David relocated to a different health club, I followed him. He's that good at getting results and he pushes you to get where you want to be.
Celeste, is an amazing yoga teacher. Her private sessions are very strong and personalized. I have never received such amazing assists to realize the full potential of different postures. Truly a helpful teacher and I would recommend her private sessions to anyone!

His personal one on one instruction enables you to carry on what you've been taught and motivates you to continue. Not only is it a fitness plan, it incorporates diet and lifestyle changes. Seth is an amazing trainer! I recently had a cruise coming up and a fluffy body - not a good combo.
