My girlfriend and I just closed on our first home. We were super nervous making such a huge commitment because we are young and first time home buyers. First of all finding a home you love takes a lot of time and putting an offer down can be nerve racking. Our realtor highly suggested that we have a home inspection done and referred Austin. My girlfriend and I were both there at the time of the inspection and he has such a calm and personable personality. I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about and was very informative through the whole process. We didn't get on the roof with him but watched him look over everything from below. I feel so much more confident after having Austin inspect our house that we made the right choice. His team also followed up with me the next day to answer any questions I had and they were so kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Lighthouse Home Inspection was probably the best decision I made. Was referred by my realtor and when Austin, the home inspector, showed up he was friendly and immediately got to work. He was able to catch a few things we needed to know about before purchasing our first home which made me feel a million times better about our choice. He gave great advice and answered all of mine and my husbands questions. Couldnt have asked for better.

Austin showed up promptly on time and went right to work. When he was done he showed me all the things he had found. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Was very impressed with his professionalism and desire to provide great customer service. The inspection report he sent me was very detailed and easy to understand. I would recommend lighthouse to anyone needing a home inspection

Austin was just great to work with, he was on time and I value that! He was very thorough with his inspection and made great comments and suggestions to my client. From the very first phone call or text, we get to work to find the perfect time/date for our clients home inspection and go through all of our clients goals and find the best pricing options. We deliver our reports the same day, and have a follow up call 2 days after to answer questions and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained with a master inspector. ASHI Member and Certified Inspector through InterNACHI.
