Never ever rent from this company. They processed my rent payment twice and now refuses to give back the 2nd payment for 7 business days even though it has already cleared. They make promises while signing a lease then conveniently forgetting them. If you see a home renting by them, run!!

This was an unfortunate mistake by the tenant accidentally paying his rent twice online. Banking policy required we wait seven business days before a refund could be processed. The tenant obviously didn't agree with the policy but it was what we followed and refunded based upon that policy.
