- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, there is not standard pricing. This is why we typically will ask for the property address. It is generally very helpful to know this in order for us to reflect the most value to a customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically try to find out as much as possible about the client. What are their goals with their investment and how do we best align our practices to meet those goals? Every customer is unique and it is our responsibility to align ourselves to what is important to that client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The franchisor provides continuing education and I also stay current by belonging to many trade groups.
