They were up front honest around their fees and services, as well as very responsive whenever I have needed anything. I have been very pleased with the tenants they have placed and low levels of vacancy I have seen since hiring them. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our fees are transparent and direct. There are never any additional fees other than our monthly management fee and a fee for placing a new tenant into a property. No service call, maintenance call, marketing, lease renewal, photography, etc. We belive if you truly compare our pricing to our competitors you will see we strive to deliver the best value in the business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We owned our own rentals and could not seem to find a good management team. Our ownership team had backgrounds in construction and accounting/finance so we started to manage the properties for ourselves. Through word of mouth people began asking if we could take care of their rentals as well. It began to grow and by 2012 we decided to make this our full time job and have never looked back. We continue to base our culture and service on what we desired as real estate investors and understand that a succesful business is merely a result of exemplary service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work with customers that have one house to those that have multi-unit apartment buildings. Some have decided to rent their house when they move to a new one or they are an experienced real estate investor that is looking for straight foward transparent pricing coupled with top notch service.
