Introduction: As a trainer in holistic movement I want to help you feel better. How your body moves directly impacts the quality of your life. An integrative approach of training, yoga and somatic movement will help you build a strong foundation. Somatic movement is about practicing your body (Soma) by sensing how your unique body feels while in motion. With care and curiosity, we come to our body experience with the possibility for re-connection and repair of our energy. Somatic movement uses your brain to change your pain. Integrated somatic training (IST) is effective because it engages all body systems, to create a receptive state for the body to begin. IST invites self-inquiry: How is my body now? What needs strengthening, activation, or rest? We’ll explore what kind of movement works for you. Integrated somatic training is a holistic approach that guides you to PRACTICE YOUR BODY at your pace. Return to movement that is natural and sustainable! Training Philosophy: Emovere´ is the Latin word meaning, "to emote, move out." There is a movement pattern for every action and emotion. In our modern world we’re surrounded with a heightened awareness of mental health issues, physical challenges, and traumas. At the cellular level illness and trauma become stuck in our body. The body knows and feels this. Energy is movement -a pathway of release and recovery, that can transform into medicine for physical and mental health. Thinking of movement as medicine is a new way of observing how we are thriving, moving in our body, and how we can connect to healing. OFFERINGS: TFL - SomaYoga: Beginner / Basics: An active class focused on teaching correct form and breath work. Hatha Yoga: Slower paced class, but still active. Aclass that is accessible to all levels. “Hatha” is a broader term describing an physical style of yoga, when its listed on a schedule it usually means you can expect to hold postures for a longer period of time than a Vinyasa class. Soma-Strength: Get the benefits of a strength workout with some weights combined with benefits of slow/eccentric movement and breathwork, and ending with mindful rest. TFL – EMOVERE’: Feel. Move. Heal.: Customized session (Personal training, yoga, etc.) includes foundational work of alignment, breathwork and constructive rest, (ABC's) and mindfulness practices. TFL - ENERGYTOUCH: EnergyTouch™ session includes a light touch compression technique, breath work, and weighted blanket. EnergyTouch calms the nervous system and energetically soothes the body.

Rebecca is the best! If you're looking for a personal trainer I would most definitely recommend her. I have been working with her for over a month and have lost 15 pounds, good cardio and yoga combined. She also keeps me motivated, shes the best! Give her a try, youll be happy you did👍
