Everything from my initial conversation to the work being completed was fantastic. They responded right away to my requests and came out on a Sunday morning to fix my problem without any extra fees. The man that came out, Keith, was friendly, professional, honest and hardworking. I've never used Bob Hamilton before, but plan to again in the future. Thank you!!!Aug 6, 2017VerifiedBob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter's reply
Thank you, MOLLY! We really appreciate you letting us provide you with our services and will pass your praise onto Keith!
Our heating and cooling system went down over the winter time Bob Hamilton plumbing was kind enough to make a next day installation appointment to come out and replace our entire system because of a senior living in our household and with their sales team experience different options of financing were available ,I would recommend this company to anybody prompt service & excellent personel 👍May 11, 2017Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter's reply

Plumbing Pipe Repair
Unfortunately, the plumber did not carry the needed parts on his truck, even though I sent a picture in advance showing what I needed. His flat rate price for repair was very expensive. I got some good plumbing advice on how to repair the pipe myself.Sep 22, 2017VerifiedBob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter's reply
Thank you for the feedback, Wayne. I apologize that the tech didn't have the right part on his truck. We try really hard to keep our trucks fully stocked with the standard equipment.

Plumbing Drain Repair
I took the time to explain in depth where my drain was and what type of service I needed. The person who responded through thumbtack kept telling me to clean main sewer line was 99.00. I explained to them through thumbtack it wasn't a sewer line. But they kept quoting that price. When they called to tell me someone was on their way I was then notified it may be more once they got out there because it wasn't a sewer line. They should just be up front with pricing instead of bait and switch.Jul 3, 2017VerifiedBob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Rooter's reply
Hi, Tom, we took a look at our conversation on Thumbtack and there wasn't anything explaining that it was not your mainline. We apologize if the quote was confusing. When you asked what the price included, we again reiterated that it covered the main drain clear out and a camera inspection and then you sent an appointment request with no other questions/corrections. We work really hard to be as transparent as we can about our services and are disappointed to hear that our detailed quote was still not clear enough.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We do have a standard dispatch fee and if a situation is complicated enough, a diagnosis fee. Our technicians are able to work with customers on pricing and will offer multiple solutions to try and fit their budget. We will not give you a quote over the phone because we want to diagnose the problem in person first. This way there are no surprises or confusion because only one price will be determined in the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When working with any customer, we take care in getting to know them, their unique home and situation. We walk through and examine all equipment so that we can better understand what might be contributing to the issues at hand. We encourage the homeowner to walk with us so that we can show them what is happening and help them to understand the process. Our goal is to always teach the customer something new about taking care of their home equipment and plumbing and to answer any questions they have along the way. We don't begin any work until the customer feels 100% confident that it is what they want. We communicate with the customer through the entire process, from the initial call, through the work being completed, and follow-up after to make sure everything went okay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our technicians are trained and certified through the Nexstar Network and through their individual specialties. We also hire apprentices who shadow our veteran technicians to ensure that they are ready to enter the field on their own.
