- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is based find job difficulty and turnaround time. the more complex the situation the more likely we can discuss flat rate. I'm not out to take advantage of anyone but I wanted to sure that pricing meets quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to them first, always. Provide examples of what you will be doing and ensure that each step is understood fully. Proceed with work and always follow up.
