Our full-time signing agents are located in the metro area of Greater Kansas City, Topeka, Manhattan, Emporia, Salina and Wichita, Ks. We cover Joplin, Springfield, Columbia, Jefferson City, Cape Girardeau and the St. Louis markets in Missouri. We also offer signing services in Kentucky, based out of the Elizabethtown/Ft Knox area, which covers the Louisville and Bowling Green territories. Dean Tomlinson is our notary signing agent who services the territory based out of our south Johnson County location in Gardner, Kansas. Mid-States Notary specializes in signing mortgage closing documents, including refinances, purchases, second mortgages, refinances, home equity lines of credit and reverse mortgages. Our legal community customers and the public at large can also avail of our services. Mid-States Notary offers twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week services for all your signing needs. We do document delivery through mail or overnight delivery, fax or e-docs. Document printing can be done at the office, while en-route to the closing via wireless card and mobile printer or at the place of business or at the client's home, whenever appropriate. We also specialize in e-signing mortgage documents. I have spent years in the mortgage industry in the past, as a Sr. loan officer for one of the leading mortgage lenders found in Kansas City market. I have widespread experience in the industry and consequently, I am knowledgeable about the loan programs, closing documents, and the closing process itself. I am personally assigned in both Missouri and Kansas, and all notaries are covered under my E&O insurance with a coverage of $500,000. Included in our office systems are laser printers such as the Xerox Phaser 5550 which has the ability to reproduce copies up to 50 ppm and equipped with a memory of 10GB. We also have 4100 MFP HP LaserJet printers with 256 MB SDRAM memory and additional PCL Level 5, with 1G plug-in hard disc installed. All our printers have the capability of printing both letter-size and legal documents. Our vehicles are equipped with HP laptops with AT&T wireless cards and HP LaserJet 4050 printers so documents can be printed en-route, whenever necessary. Thank you for your business.
