Following a lead from my daughter, I called Justin. We discussed colors and type. He brought samples to the work site for selection. Since I'm working in KC fr out of state in apassenger van, Justin took his truck to work and delivered the flooring on his way home and helped unload it. That was above and beyond for a salesman. He helped make a big job a little easier for a 69 year old laying his first engineered flooring,

I would not call the process complicated but there are many moving parts that the average consumer does not think of. For example, will your trim have to be removed to install the product? Will your toilet have to be removed? Is your sub floor correct for the type of product you plan to put on it? There are many factors in a flooring install and is not always thought of in the beginning.
