FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would not call the process complicated but there are many moving parts that the average consumer does not think of. For example, will your trim have to be removed to install the product? Will your toilet have to be removed? Is your sub floor correct for the type of product you plan to put on it? There are many factors in a flooring install and is not always thought of in the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discover and discuss a need for our products and services, complete a free onsite measure, provide a free estimate based on product and service selection, schedule installation with one of our many licensed and Insured crews, follow up to ensure complete satisfaction with our products and services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day. New products, installation methods, technology, and much more are happening in this industry daily. We have to stay up to date in order to stay competitive and give our customers the best product for their money.
