- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here are the simple steps: 1. I gather information about the event and the topic 2. Get a proposal/agreement signed 3. The client pays 50% of the speaking fee as a down payment at least two weeks before the event 4. Delivery of the presentation 5. The client pays the balance of 50% on the day of the event 6. We schedule a follow-up call to review the quality of the client's experience and satisfaction
