We are Retired Military. I wished that we had these men move us down through the years. The price was right and the move was better than a military move!!!!I am very meticulous about my personal items. We had a lot of breakable items that were not damaged (crystal, mirrored bar, china and lots of it, pictures etc..). Our movers starting with management and then staff was very professional, courteous and punctual. We moved just before the first of Oct. We had two very strong men that moved us from an apartment to a house. Doesn't sound like much work? Well it was because we'd moved out of our home in California and although we were in an apartment the rest of the furniture and household items were in our full sized garage being rented on the same property. Before the movers arrived they called to let me know they were on their way. Upon their arrival they were clean and had their own hydration with them as hot as it was that day. ( Our family did provide more water etc. throughout the day) We allowed them to see the areas they needed to work. This helped them to better pack the truck and helped with time management. DON'T LET THEIR SIZE FOOL YOU! They are stronger than they may look. My husband hadn't made it home from work yet and our children were at school. My mother and I at the apartment when they arrived. Both young men were very respectable and courteous. After letting them see the areas they would pack they went to work. Initially I had arranged to have my refrigerator(old) hauled away before the movers arrived. That fell through. No problem. I had it moved too and arranged for it to be picked up by the electric company and will get a check for it in two weeks. These men didn't let me worry about anything!!! They were easily directed if I wanted something to be placed in a particular spot, they put the item in that spot no questions asked. Before my husband had arrived home they had already packed over 98% of the garage in 30 minutes without breaking anything. This was the initial area of concern for me and they got it done. Everyone knows time is money. Well as we approached our arranged time we got a courtesy call from management. Not just because we were approaching the time but just to see how the move was going. You won't get this from anyone else not anywhere. I can't even make something like this up. The move was flawless!!! After getting to our destination they set up the beds in our kids room and the washer and dryer. I learned something from them that day I was use to bubble wrapping things and dollies I saw everything I wanted could still be accomplished without all of that and shrink wrap most of all we were still within budget! I made a spread sheet of all of the movers in our area and calculated the cost of moving. I found most hit you up with the bogus gas charge before they even get to you. No you say? Well I did price the gas of a U Haul truck and it was clearly more than I was quoted over the phone. Next, I had called to confirm an estimated quote with three different sales reps at the same place and got three different prices which increased every time I spoke with them. Other companies had hidden costs that I was able to extract before I used them by using a legal strategy of negotiation to prevent me from getting robbed at the end of my move. Honestly if you have to do all of this it isn't worth using these companies. BEWARE!!!! Do get estimates and leave yourself enough time to verify what you've been quoted and get names of whom you speak to that gave you the quote. I had a total of 20 quotes and my choice was with the best and #! in my book All Star Moving. This company is very Honest, caring, hard working and has adapted very innovative ways to ensure a very safe, hassle free, cost effective, flawless move. These men literally have the strength of Sampson! Pure muscle and strength with only the use of straps and mats was what they used. The best way for me to describe the quality of my service is this Organizing efficiently to serve you and I effectively!!! We are now in our dream home!!!

We have used Allstar Moving Several times. We used them to move our home 6 different times and our offices 3 different times in the last 10 years and have enjoyed each move!! We would not pick any other company!
