Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I teach my clients how to overcome their obstacles, and make fitness a priority! We have all kinds of excuses that get in our way. Excuses like: I have to work long hours, my job is so stressful I have no energy after work, my kids have activities going on I need to be at, I have to travel all the time for work, my schedule is very inconsistent, I don't know what to do when I do make it to the gym. Do any of these sound familiar? If asked, most people would say that their main priorities are their family and their career. Our health is something that we see as important but always think we are too busy to worry about. We constantly say that we will get to it when we have more time. The problem is that that fantasy day we are waiting on (that day when you will have more time) is never going to come. All those obstacles we use as excuses, are not going away. There will always be reasons to skip your workout or to cheat on your meal plan. No matter how busy you are however, with practice and discipline anyone can still make fitness a priority in their lives. That is what my clients learn from me! I am the owner and a trainer at Priority Fitness in Overland Park, KS. Priority Fitness is a Personal Training studio, which opened in January of 2016. The name Priority Fitness was inspired by my Best Selling book, "Make Fitness A Priority: How to win the fight against your excuses." We are a very experienced staff and the average trainer here has 10 or more years of experience.

Chad is a very knowledgeable trainer. I told him my goals and he works with me to reach those goals. He knows exactly what I need to do to work towards my goal and helps guide me to make me stronger. He is personable and encouraging when I may be struggling with an exercise (not condescending or critical). I highly recommend for those of all shapes, sizes, strength levels.

I have been using Chad's online training program and it is going very well! The technology is easy to use and it makes my workouts easy to get in and done because I don't have to think about the exercises to do. The workouts are challenging and total body but achievable and after 5 weeks I am seeing results I am excited about. Chad is an excellent trainer in that he is consistent and motivating in his own unique way. You get a genuine spirit with Chad and someone who really cares about you progress in your fitness pursuits.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The two biggest excuses that we all tend to make is that we are too busy and we are too tired. I help my clients overcome these excuses so that they can keep fitness a top priority. Let's face it everyone is busy, and there are probably many people in the world who are busier than you. It isn't that we don't have time, it is that we are not using our time efficiently! Using tools like my accountability log, I help my clients learn how to be more efficient with their time. Working out and eating right will do wonders for your energy also. I do my best to help clients increase their energy levels by improving their diet and sleep schedule.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I've learned through experience that the true purpose of my job is to help people get long term results not just a temporary quick fix. Many clients hire me because they have a short term goal motivating them, like a wedding or a vacation that they want to lose weight for. Sometimes they have an athletic event they are trying to get in shape for. While short term goals are important to make, if you don't make long term ones also eventually your results will be gone. I challenge my clients to dig deeper to find out WHY it is important to them to get in shape. Knowing your reason WHY is the key to long term success. There will be days when you don't want to work out, and days when you don't want to eat healthy. If you don't know why you are making the sacrifices that you are making, then you will eventually get off track.
