- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple pricing of $2 per photo includes all special effects, a personalized DVD case, a personalized DVD disc surface, beginning and ending titles (captions), and one DVD. Extra titles are $1 each and extra copies of the DVD itself in its personalized case are $15 each.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The photo slideshows are popular for people wanting to celebrate the lives of their loved ones, such as for a birthday, anniversary, graduation, retirement party, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and a funeral memorial or a living tribute. Photo shows are also great entertainment at sports banquets, Scouts parties, end-of-the-year school parties, and similar events.

When looking for someone to make a DVD photo show, be sure to see some examples of their work. Do you like the speed of the show and they way the photos are presented one after the other? Do the photos stay visible long enough to view comfortably? Is the viewing time customized for the photo's content? Do you like any graphics or special effects? Can you tell the creator about your preferences for special effects and picture transitions? What exactly costs extra?
