- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing schedule is a simple matter. Based on the number of properies I manage for you, I collect a percentage of the gross rent collected every month. IN addition, I charge 1/2 of the 1st month's rent when a new tenant moves in. Please vsist our website for our management fees.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has been in the rental property business my whole life. I was born into it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I lease vacant properties and collect rent. Occasionally, if I have time, I also perform maintenance personally. If it's something small that I know how to do. And I am much cheaper than a licensed plumber or electrician!
