I was hired by Kevin Horton a tile installer. He had a site that he created and a hosting account. We agreed to $400 total and 50% payment before I started and 50% upon completion. The work involved updating and cleanup his site. He mentioned that he needed a week or two to come up the first half $200 it took three weeks (in the mean time I did 90% of the work, he seemed honest). Six weeks after our initial agreement his hosting account was shut off for nonpayment (Mr. Horton setup and controlled this account, there was nothing else I could do. Because of his inability to pay his hosting account, stopped me from finishing. I did not ask or receive any additional payments from him.
