- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Perform an estimate, determine if I’m even needed. If needed perform the work, if not advise the customer and move on. Respect goes a long way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up laying brick, pouring concrete, running wires and pipes, repairing small engines, repairing jets for the Navy. Educated in many schools both formal and trial/error.
